As a Resident Assistant, I'm responsible for the safety and well-being of a community of 50+ residents. My role is a front-line position in crisis management and conflict resolution, where I'm trained to de-escalate situations and act as a first responder. This has given me practical experience in skills directly transferable to cybersecurity, such as incident response, risk management, and clear communication under pressure—all essential for a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment.

Student Admission Ambassador | Lynn University November 2023 - May 2025

In my role as an Ambassador, I was a trusted face of the university's digital brand, creating 25+ content pieces that achieved over 500,000 views. This position was not just about marketing; it required a focus on digital security. I was trained to apply social media security best practices and content management protocols, ensuring all posts were compliant with university policy. I learned to collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage content reviews, prevent security risks, and develop strong communication skills vital for user security awareness.

Running my own photography business, I managed the entire client lifecycle, from initial contact to final delivery. I built strong client relationships, negotiated contracts with local restaurants, and generated over $7,000 in revenue.
